Broncos Waive OG Halapio, WR Miller

As the Denver Broncos continue their push towards the 53-man roster, there are another two players who’s dream of making an NFL team got axed by the Denver Broncos.

The Denver Broncos have announced that they have waived offensive guard Jon Halapio and wide receiver Matt Miller from the team on Monday. Both moves are not that surprising due to the depth of the roster currently.

Jon Halapio was on the Broncos practice squad back in 2014 for a month. He was a sixth round selection by the New England Patriots. However, he did not make the Patriots final roster and ended up playing in the Fall Experimental Football League with the Boston Brawlers.
