Broncos linebacker Von Miller voiced his support Monday for disgruntled cornerback Chris Harris.
Harris, who is seeking a long-term contract extension, is staying away from the team’s voluntary offseason program.
“I talk to Chris all the time — that’s my brother, that’s my guy,” Miller said after the opening organized team activity workout.
Miller said Harris is “100 percent,” deserving of a new deal “because he does every single thing right, on and off the football field. Undrafted free agent. Played well through his first contract. Got a second contract. Played well through the second contract.
