The Denver Broncos have added a new Mamava lactation suite to Sports Authority Field at Mile High ahead of the preseason opener Aug. 26, the team and healthcare partner UCHealth announced Friday.
Denver becomes the first city in the U.S. with lactation suites at all of its downtown professional sports venues: Coors Field, the Pepsi Center and Mile-High Stadium. The suite, which is inside Gate 6 of the main concourse, gives nursing moms a comfortable space to pump or breastfeed in private.
“UCHealth’s commitment to improving lives extends beyond the doors of our hospitals and clinics,” UCHealth chief marketing and experience officer Manny Rodriguez said in a news release.
