Broncos turn to next man up in wake of Vance Walker injury

When someone gets paid $90 million over six years he’s supposed to be good and Malik Jackson was for the Denver Broncos in the 2015-16 season.

Finding his replacement, seemingly, won’t be easy. So far in camp, Denver has found some very encouraging play at the position in Vance Walker, Jared Crick, and Adam Gotsis.

Walker’s candidacy for the starting position took a rough blow today, as he went down hard with what is now being reported as an ACL injury.

“Fingers crossed when that happens,” said head coach Gary Kubiak about the incident. “I didn’t really see it.
