The Broncos will be hosting a Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) drive to support Colorado hospitals Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. at Empower Field at Mile High.
Donations can be dropped off in Lot J on the stadium’s north side. Items will be collected using proper social distancing.
The objective of the drive is to collect items as hospitals and medical professionals respond to the coronavirus pandemic.
Items will be given to Project C.U.R.E. for distribution among Colorado health-care providers.
The following supplies are in shortage: Unopened boxes (latex-free preferred) of sterile and non-sterile gloves, containers of hand sanitizer, containers of bleach bottles or sprays, bleach wipes, Isopropyl alcohol, eye protection and goggles, clear face shields, masks (non-cloth), respirator masks (N95, N99 and P100) in all sizes plus extra filters, shoe covers, bio-hazard bags, disposable gowns and PAPR respirators (including hoods, filters, batteries, chargers and tubes to go with the units).
