The Denver Broncos have suffered a few key injuries in the win against the New England Patriots. Gary Kubiak is taking no chances with his starting strong safety possibly missing the game.
On Tuesday, the Denver Broncos promoted safety Josh Bush to the active roster in lieu of the T.J. Ward injury. Andrew Mason has stated that there is a good chance that Ward could miss this weekend’s matchup with the San Diego Chargers with an ankle injury.
While Kubiak did mention that Ward’s injury was day-to-day, he is not taking any chances in the event that it is shown that the safety will miss the game.
