The Denver Broncos announced that they’ve signed OLB Deiontrez Mount to a contract on Tuesday.
Mount, 24, is a former sixth-round pick by the Titans of the 2015 NFL draft. He was in the final year of his four-year, $2.428 million rookie contract and set to make a base salary of $525,000 when the Titans cut him loose coming out of the preseason last year.
The Colts signed Mount to their practice squad a few weeks into the regular season and was later promoted to their active roster. Unfortunately, Indianapolis recently waived him from injured reserve with an injury settlement.
