The Denver Broncos will keep their Pro Bowl long snapper; signing Casey Kreiter to a one year deal. The long snapper position isn’t one voted on for the Pro Bowl, which means Kreiter was selected by the coaching staff for the AFC. Anthony Lynn of the Los Angeles Chargers picked Kreiter for his long snapper.
“That was a coach’s choice,” Broncos special teams coordinator Tom McMahon told 9News in January. “I think Anthony Lynn must have a great ability to identify personnel because he picked Casey and that’s what I think of Casey – it’s earned and deserved.
