Broncos sign another backup linebacker

The Broncos signed on Friday veteran linebacker Anthony Chickillo off the New Orleans Saints’ practice squad.

The 6-foot-3, 255-pound linebacker is a sixth-year player who was selected in the sixth-round out of the University of Miami (Fla.) by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2015.

Chickillo played in 65 career regular-season games, starting nine times, and four postseason contests during his first five seasons with the Steelers.
