The Broncos and Los Angeles Rams are going to get quite familiar each other as the NFL preseason winds down.
Sean Payton’s Denver team is set to host coach Sean McVay and the Rams on Aug. 23-24 for joint practices before they play in the preseason finale Aug. 26, according to an NFL release.
The Wednesday and Thursday practice sessions are a week after Denver’s final listed open training camp practice, so it’s unclear whether fans will be able to see any of the joint practice action.
The joint practice model has become increasingly popular in the NFL.
