Broncos scouting report: How Denver matches up against the Chargers and predictions

Denver Broncos (3-8) at Los Angeles Chargers (4-7), Sunday, 2:25 p.m. MT, Empower Field at Mile High, CBS, KCNC-TV 4, 850 AM, 94.1 FM, 103.5 FM

THREE THINGS TO WATCH

1. Drew Lock watch. Since being drafted in the second round (No. 42 overall) out of Missouri this year, fans have been clamoring to see the rookie quarterback in action. That is likely to happen Sunday, when Lock will become the seventh starting quarterback for Denver since Peyton Manning retired after the 2015 season.

2. Courtland Sutton’s impact. Despite being limited to a season-low one catch for 27 yards last Sunday in Buffalo, Sutton is tied for second in the NFL with a dozen big-play receptions (25 yards or more).
