During his college days Adam Trautman was unstoppable, partly because he played against players 99.9% of whom would never sniff the NFL. I know. I played at the same level. Trautman played at Dayton which plays in the Pioneer league which is one of the two conferences in FCS football to NOT give football scholarships.
At six foot five, Adam towered over most of the guys trying to defend him so his lack of speed of was not much of a detriment. He could just box-out and outjump the defenders for the ball. While that led him being a third round pick by the New Orleans Saints in 2020, he can’t do that in the NFL.
