The Denver Broncos have done well finding and developing undrafted college free agents over the years. Jaleel McLaughlin was their biggest contributor from that realm last season, but Alex Palczewski also impressed throughout camp and earned a position on Denver’s final 53-man roster.
Head Coach Sean Payton described him tough and smart and believed he would be an addition who would improve the team’s prospects over the long-term.
He spent most of his rookie campaign recovering from hand and knee injuries that landed him on injured reserve until Christmas. The franchise didn’t select a tackle in the 2024 NFL Draft which might indicate the team is high on Palczewski’s potential.
