CLEVELAND -- Denver Broncos rookie linebacker Shane Ray left Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns with a right knee injury and will not return.
The Broncos announced during halftime that Ray has been ruled out for the game. Ray, who was the Broncos' first-round pick in this year's draft, suffered the injury early in the second quarter and was taken to the locker room on a cart from the Broncos' bench area.
Ray was injured on a running play when Browns tackle Mitchell Schwartz appeared to fall on his right leg.
