The Broncos are returning a regular piece of their offense and special teams group for 2025.
The club on Wednesday agreed to a one-year contract with veteran fullback Michael Burton, sources told The Post.
Burton, 33, will now enter his third year with Denver and his 11th NFL season overall. The 2025 season with Denver will mark the longest he’s spent for one franchise in the NFL, a veteran who’s bounced between the Detroit Lions, Chicago Bears, Washington Commanders, New Orleans Saints and Kansas City Chiefs before settling with the Broncos.
He’s another favorite of Broncos head coach Sean Payton, after first playing under Payton in 2020 with the Saints.
