The Denver Broncos officially re-signed exclusive rights free agent RB Kapri Bibbs and WR Bennie Fowler on Thursday.
Fowler, 25, wound up signing on with the Broncos as an undrafted free agent out of Michigan State in May of 2014. He wasn’t able to make the 53-man roster during his rookie season, but later wound up on their practice squad and returned on a future/reserve contract.
The Broncos brought Fowler back in on a one-year exclusive rights deal last year.
In 2016, Fowler appeared in 13 games for the Broncos and caught 11 passes for 145 yards receiving and two touchdowns.
