ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Broncos re-signed free agent defensive end Billy Winn to a X-year contract and waived DE Bobby Richardson in a pair of roster moves Wednesday.
Winn joined the team as a free agent on the first day of training camp in 2016. The sixth-year defensive end then saw an increased role in the defensive-line rotation after a season-ending ACL injury to Vance Walker and an in-season elbow injury to Derek Wolfe. Winn contributed in all 16 games for the Broncos in 2016 and started two games in the final half of the season.
