Forbes’ annual listing of the world’s most valuable sports teams, revealed Wednesday, includes the Broncos at No. 23 valued at an estimated $2.6 billion.
The top five:
- Dallas Cowboys: $4.8 billion.
- Manchester United: $4.123 billion.
- Real Madrid: $4.088 billion.
- Barcelona: $4.064 billion.
- New York Yankees: $4 billion.
The NFL had 29 teams among the top 50 most valuable sports franchises for the second straight year. Only Cincinnati ($1.8 billion), Detroit ($1.7 billion) and Buffalo ($1.6 billion) did not make the top 50.
