Quarterback Trevor Siemian is expecting to play Thursday when the Broncos face the Chargers in San Diego.
“Getting better every day,” he said. “The last couple of days I’ve kind of made some strides. Taking it one day at a time and going from there.”
The final call could be taken to game day, interim head coach Joe DeCamillis said, and it will be collaborative, drawing input from team trainers, coordinators and general manager John Elway as coach Gary Kubiak takes the week to rest and recover.
Siemian sprained his left shoulder on a sack in the second quarter of the Broncos’ win at Tampa Bay on Oct.
