The Broncos promoted rookie receiver Kalif Raymond from the practice squad to their 53-man roster Friday. He’s taking the place of fullback Andy Janovich, who was placed on injured reserve.
Raymond is expected to be active against the Jaguars and the Broncos punt returner replacing Jordan Norwood, who muffed two punts against the Chiefs.
“He’s going to play. I expect to suit both him and Jordan,” Broncos coach Gary Kubiak said. “Really, it’s a reward more than anything. This kid does everything… He deserves an opportunity to help us out.”
