Denver Broncos offensive tackle Quinn Bailey left practice in an ambulance Wednesday with an air cast on his right leg.
Trainers ran out and helped to load the 28-year-old veteran onto a cart after observers said his leg got rolled up on.
"It looks like he fractured his ankle, that was definitely apparent," Broncos coach Sean Payton told reporters after practice. "I'm not sure of the timeline relative to surgery. It's always tough to see and be a part of when you're at a practice. Sometimes the bitter reality of our game. He was having a real good camp.
