According to Troy Renck, Broncos OLB Shane Ray “expects” to return this week after being designated as one of two players to return off the team’s injured reserve.
The Broncos placed Ray on injured reserve coming out of the preseason with a wrist injury and recent reports said that he was close to returning, so all signed point to him being available for Week 8.
Ray, 24, is a former first-round pick of the Broncos back in 2015. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $9.
