While backed up in their own end zone, the Orange & Blue needed something big to avoid a safety for the second time in the half. Enter Jordan Taylor. Quarterback Kyle Sloter found Taylor streaking up the middle and was able to connect. Sunshine dodged defenders on his way to a 32-yard gain. The catch and run, which was Denver’s longest play on the night, set up a 98-yard scoring drive that ended with a two-yard touchdown run by Stevan Ridley.
