When the Philadelphia Eagles dropped their guard last week, it was speculated that the Broncos were possible suitors for free agent Evan Mathis. He profiles for multiple teams, but Denver, as of now, is not one of them. Coach Gary Kubiak said Monday the Broncos plan to enter training camp with their current offensive line, which includes just one sure thing: right guard Louis Vasquez.
The first-team linemen are rookie left tackle Ty Sambrailo, left guard Ben Garland, center Gino Gradkowski, Vasquez and right tackle Chris Clark.
That group combined for only 23 starts in the NFL last year, all by Vasquez and Clark.
