This week, the Denver Broncos begin their three day mandatory minicamp. It seems the popular thing to do around this time of year is to identify storylines wherein players are expected to impress. While the potential is certainly there to raise player perceptions among the coaches, these next three days aren’t really about that.
The fact is, three days is not a lot of time to better one’s self in they eyes of the coaches. Three days provides just enough opportunity for coaches to arm themselves with reasons to release or perch players on the roster bubble come training camp.
