Daniel Lasco wasn’t a name high on the radar of many scouts when he arrived in Indianapolis for the NFL scouting combine. But it wasn’t one they could forget.
Lasco, a 6-foot, 209-pound running back out of California, impressed with a 4.46-second 40-yard dash that ranked fourth among all running backs, and he led his position with a 41.5-inch vertical and set an all-time record for RBs with an 11-foot, 3-inch broad jump. He also notched 23 reps in the bench press (seventh among running backs), ran the 3-cone drill in 7.
