In their most recent roster tweak, the Denver Broncos have waived defensive end Shaneil Jenkins and signed rookie Defensive Lineman Lars Koht.
Koht, a former Florida International product, played in all of the Panthers twelve games last season. As a defensive tackle at FIU, he was credited with 47 tackles, eight for a loss, four sacks, and a forced fumble in his senior season.
Kohl started his NFL career with the Seattle Seahawks, having participated in their mini-camp.
The Vero Beach Flordia product has a tall frame suited for the Broncos 3-4 defense, at 6-foot-5 283-pounds.
