Another veteran coach appeared on the Broncos’ radar screen Wednesday morning.
Former Detroit Lions and Indianapolis Colts head coach Jim Caldwell is interviewing for Denver’s vacant head coaching job, a league source confirmed to The Post on Wednesday morning. The interview is taking place in-person Wednesday and was first reported by CBS Sports.
Caldwell, 67, was last a head coach in Detroit from 2014-17. In 2019, he was set to be the assistant head coach and quarterbacks coach for the Miami Dolphins, but took a leave of absence for health reasons and instead served as a consultant to then-head coach Brian Flores.
