SQUANDERED. The Broncos’ blown lead late in regulation led to a 30-27 loss in overtime to the Kansas City Chiefs. Denver fell to 7-4 as the defense faltered after its early dominance.

Cairo Santos’ 34-yard field goal, which hit the left upright and kicked right through the goal posts, won the game for Kansas City.

Kiszla: Pin this 30-27 loss to Chiefs on a risky gamble by Broncos coach Gary Kubiak.
