Garett Bolles was the Denver Broncos' first round draft selection during the 2017 NFL Draft. After Ryan Clady left, the Broncos really needed to focus on protecting the quarterback's blind side. The hope was that Bolles would be the guy to do so.
After what seemed to be a solid first year, the left tackle has been plagued by penalties that have destroyed drives and stalled out ones that showed little promise in the first place. With all first round picks from the 2017 draft entering their fourth years in the league, it is that time again for fifth year options.
