Sean Payton’s continuing to add to his first Broncos coaching staff.
The former New Orleans head coach is dipping into the college ranks near his former home, adding LSU assistant Jamar Cain as a pass-rush coaching specialist in Denver, a source confirmed to The Post on Saturday.
The 2022 season was Cain’s first in Baton Rouge. Before that, he spent two seasons coaching at Oklahoma, where his pupils included current Broncos’ second-year outside linebacker Nik Bonitto. Before that, he spent the 2019 season at Arizona State.
Cain is one of a few final coaching staff hires that Payton should have finalized and announced in the near future.
