“If we look at what we’re going to do offensively with Rich (Scangarello) coming in, the offensive philosophy and how we’re going to go about it. … This is a different offense that has evolved, but also to know the success that Joe’s had in this system and that he had with Gary (Kubiak) … That had a lot to do with it.
