DENVER — The Broncos will pick 20th in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft when it begins on April 27 in Philadelphia.
The pick will be Denver's highest first-round selection since they chose Von Miller with the second-overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft.
The Broncos, one of three non-playoff teams with nine wins, will have the lowest draft pick of those already decided. Selections 21-32 will be decided as the playoffs progress.
Denver has selected a defensive player in four of the last five drafts in which the team held a first-round pick.
