The victory over the Cardinals on Thursday gave the Broncos their fourth undefeated preseason in team history and the first since 2005. The Broncos finished 13-3 that season.
The Broncos were also perfect in the preseason in 2000 (11-5) and 1982 (2-7). This was the ninth time the Broncos had won their first three preseason games, and all but one of those teams finished the regular season with a winning record.
