As one player after another has dropped off the board in free agency, fans have been left to wonder what’s going on at Dove Valley. On Saturday afternoon, John Elway and Co. finally made a move to bolster things on the front end of their defensive line.
The Broncos have agreed to terms with two interior linemen in Domata Peko and Zach Kerr, as originally reported by Mike Klis of 9 News.
Peko, formerly of the Cincinnati Bengals, will be heading into his 12th season in the NFL in 2017. He has started all 16 games in 10 of those 11 seasons and had been effective in just about all of them.
