PHOENIX — The Broncos can forget San Diego. Soon, they’ll likely forget Oakland, too.
NFL owners convened in Phoenix Monday morning to vote on the Raiders’ proposed move to Las Vegas, which, if approved, would make them the third team (Chargers, Rams) to recently switch cities. Two of those are divisional rivals for the Broncos, ensuring their road schedule will look a lot different in a couple of years.
NFL commissioner Roger Goodell penned a letter to Mayor Libby Schaaf of Oakland that was obtained and published by the East Bay Times over the weekend.
