Broncos can run football, are improved in red zone, but do they have enough of a passing game?

The benefit of facing a one-win Detroit team missing several players Sunday was clear from the hop for the Broncos’ offense. When they wanted to run it, they ran it with vigor. When they wanted to throw it, they mostly threw it well. And when they reached the red zone, they scored exclusively touchdowns.

In their most productive scoring game of the year, the Broncos beat Detroit 38-10 and rushed 39 times for 184 yards, quarterback Teddy Bridgewater was an economical 18 of 25 and the offense was 5 of 5 inside the 20-yard line.

More than good enough to beat the Lions.
