For their seventh organized team activity workout, the Broncos introduced 11-on-11 drills for the first time Monday.
“We had just about 20 plays of ‘team,’ and obviously, it was really good for the (offensive and defensive) lines to get involved and really good for the defense to have to figure out if it was a run or pass,” coach Vic Fangio said. “It was great work. I was pleased with it.”
In 11-on-11, quarterbacks Drew Lock and Teddy Bridgewater threw one interception apiece. The football slipped out of Lock’s hand during his throwing motion and was caught by outside linebacker Malik Reed.
