The Broncos’ playoff hopes are on the line when they host Cleveland (Saturday at 6:20 p.m.) Here is a Week 15 whip-around:
Pressing question. Can Broncos running back Phillip Lindsay reach the 1,000-yard mark with games to spare?
Lindsay has 967 rushing yards (168 carries-5.8 average-nine touchdowns). He was bottled up by San Francisco’s defensive line last week, carrying 14 times for 30 yards. It was his lowest total since 18 yards (on four carries) against the Rams in Week 6.
The Browns rank 28th against the run (133.3 yards per game) and have allowed 17 touchdowns (tied for second-most) and 12 carries of at least 20 yards (tied for eighth-most).
