Denver Broncos backup quarterback Chad Kelly make a brief appearance in Arapahoe County court Wednesday morning, the day after he was arrested on suspicion of first-degree criminal trespassing after police allege he entered an Englewood home without permission.
Kelly said nothing during the hearing, which lasted less than two minutes. A judge entered a mandatory protection order requiring Kelly to stay away from the victims in the case.
Both Kelly and his attorney, Harvey Steinberg, declined to comment following the hearing.
Kelly was arrested by Englewood Police Department officers early Tuesday morning outside the Gothic Theatre, where all-pro linebacker Von Miller was hosting his annual Halloween party.
