The Denver Broncos are currently producing at an elite level defensively, but don’t tell that to all the people who are still distracted by the slow start from Peyton Manning and the offense.
At every level of the defense, the Broncos boast not only a superstar individual player, but right now they look incredibly deep, fast, nasty, and they’re creating turnovers at an unreal rate.
Through the first two games (and five days) of the season, the Broncos have 4 interceptions, 4 forced fumbles with 3 recoveries, 2 defensive touchdowns, including go-ahead scores in both games. The defense is forcing opponents into a ton of 3rd down situations and they are not converting a high percentage of them.
