Broncos’ defensive end Adam Gotsis was cleared today of rape allegations levied in March when the Australia native was accused of raping a woman in 2013 while a student and football player at Georgia Tech.
Gotsis was accused of raping a 25-year-old woman on March 9, 2013. The woman reported the alleged incident Feb. 1, 2018. Under investigation since, the case was dropped today by the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office.
“My office understands the sensitivity and significance of these investigations,” said Fulton County District Attorney Paul L. Howard Jr.
