The Denver Broncos are sticking with Brock Osweiler as their starting quarterback for the third straight week Vance Joseph announced on Monday. It’ll be an Osweiler-led offense trying to get the Broncos back on track in week 11 against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Osweiler’s two games with the Broncos have been the team’s two worst games of the season, but not specifically offensively.
In Osweiler’s two starts, the Broncos have lost 51-23 (in Philadelphia) and 41-16 (in Denver vs. New England). That’s not indicative, honestly, of what kind of difference Osweiler has made.
The Broncos surrendered 24 points to the New England Patriots off of special teams errors this past weekend, and Osweiler threw a couple of picks against the Eagles just trying to make something happen and doing a little too much.
