Earlier today, Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix earned himself AFC Offensive Player of the Week honors for his dominating performance against the Atlanta Falcons. That was a first in the franchise’s storied history.
But that wasn’t the only honor he would earn. For his efforts against the Falcons, Nix also was named FedEx Air & Ground Player of the Week. Make those two accolades for the rookie who looked the best he had all season this past Sunday.
After going 28-of-33 for 307 yards and throwing 4 touchdown passes, the future has never looked brighter for the former Auburn turned Oregon and now Broncos’ signal caller.
