Most love a great April Fools’ Day joke ... once they realize it’s a joke. That’s the key, it must be believable.
Last year, I said Tim Tebow was the answer at quarterback for the Denver Broncos. This was after Brock Osweiler signed with the Houston Texans and we were still amidst the Colin Kaepernick fun. Given the nonsense people were throwing out about who John Elway and the Broncos could/should go after, why not go all out? Some loved it, some were played the fool and others hated it (because it made light of their hero).
