At age 39, Drew Brees isn’t slowing down and more numbers entering Week 4

Age isn’t slowing down Drew Brees.

Brees became the first player in NFL history with at least 350 passing yards, three touchdown passes and two rushing TDs without an interception in a game in New Orleans’ win at Atlanta. The 39-year-old Brees has completed 80.6 percent of his passes so far with eight TDs and no interceptions.

He broke Brett Favre’s career record for completions in the overtime victory against the Falcons and he’s 417 yards away from breaking Peyton Manning‘s record of 71,940 yards passing.

Tom Brady became the oldest player to win the NFL MVP award at age 40 last year.
