Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib faces a league review for a possible suspension after his eye-gouging incident Sunday, according to an NFL source.
There is no timetable for a ruling, though typically the league likes to make a decision before the next week's games. Any suspension can be appealed.
Talib drew the ire of officials and the Indianapolis Colts after he poked tight end Dwayne Allen in the eye with two fingers. Talib said afterward it was unintentional, yet he admitted he was attempting to poke him.
