While the result on the field was not perfect, there were a lot of things from the officials that I liked during the Week 1 matchup between the Denver Broncos and the Seattle Seahawks.
Pass Interference
There are lots of different keys involved in judging pass interference. I know there were MHR staffers outraged at the pass interference on McMillian. This call was an interesting one. After further review, I am confident that McMillian did not interfere. However, its equally clear that he met all the clear indicators of interfering. So while it is a wrong call, its one that almost always would be a right call, and the call that I would have made on the field.
