Roughing the Passer
Jonathon Cooper was not flagged for roughing the passer on a fourth quarter Nik Bonitto sack where he clearly should have been flagged. This play was officiated poorly in several ways. There is serious judgement to be made about when a quarterback (or other player) is in the grasp of a tackler, meaning that their forward momentum has stopped and thus by rule they are down.
