After one of the more nauseating losses in Broncos history, Von Miller decided the team needed some time together to bond.
So, on Sunday night, just a couple hours after the Broncos landed back in Denver from a crushing 27-23 defeat in Minnesota earlier in the day, the team gathered at Del Frisco’s.
The all-pro linebacker, who said he organized the dinner because he “just wanted to keep the energy up”, addressed his teammates and reiterated his dedication to helping turn around a franchise headed toward a fourth consecutive season without a playoff appearance.
“We got all the guys to come and just believe in each other,” defensive back Will Parks said.
